Terms and Conditions for Events

Booking and Confirmation
A booking becomes binding only after confirmation from us.

Cancellation
Cancellation of the entire event must be made no later than 14 days prior to the scheduled date. If cancellation occurs later than 14 days before the event, 50% of the total booking cost will be charged.

Number of Participants
The final number of participants must be confirmed no later than the day before the event. If the number of participants is not communicated in time, or if fewer participants attend than confirmed, the full cost will be charged based on the most recently booked number.

Payment
Payment is made via invoice with a 7-day payment term unless otherwise agreed. Late payments will incur interest in accordance with applicable law.

Rescheduling
Rescheduling of the event date can be made subject to availability up to 14 days before the event at no additional cost.

Food and Beverages
Bringing outside food and beverages is not permitted without prior agreement. Special dietary requirements and allergies must be communicated no later than 14 days before the event.

Alcohol Service
All alcohol service is conducted in accordance with applicable laws. We reserve the right to refuse service in accordance with alcohol regulations.

Code of Conduct
We reserve the right to terminate an ongoing event in cases of disruptive behavior, intoxication, or if our safety and conduct rules are not followed. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

Outdoor Seating
Bookings for outdoor seating or spaces are weather- and season-dependent. In case of unfavorable weather conditions, we reserve the right to offer alternative indoor seating subject to availability. This does not entitle the customer to any price reduction or compensation.

Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., illness, fire, government decisions, or similar), we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event without liability for compensation.

Liability and Safety
Participants are responsible for complying with our safety rules during activities and while on the premises. The customer is liable for any damage caused to the venue, equipment, or boule courts due to negligence.

Miscellaneous
The booking applies to the agreed time period. Extensions may be possible subject to availability and will be charged according to the current price list. Overtime may be charged. We reserve the right to make changes to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
